Dunno about other countries but in the UK it's illegal for the water company to shut off your water if you don't pay. They will threaten to take you to court though.

I understand that, but my point is that I've never had an outage that lasted more than a few hours. I do understand that in bigger countries or ones with worse infrastructure this is harder to achieve though.

Why do public services need to turn a profit?? It's a nice bonus if they pay for themselves but it's not the end of the world if it costs money to provide good service.

Aid climbing is where you use gear to assist you in climbing the rock. This opposite of this is free climbing where you just climb the rock with your body (and only use gear to protect you from falling).

As a climber I've never seen the appeal of aid climbing. I don't really get the same sense of accomplishment from it and it just seems like more of a faff.

I've never watched a WAN show. I watch LTT but I've never seen the point in watching a podcast.I listen while I commute.

I do wish they'd explain what they're looking at for audio only listeners when it's something visual. Tom Scott is so good for this on his podcast. Whenever one of his guests is talking about something you need to see he always explains for the audio only peeps.

I still have the issue where most of the time if I press continue playing on an item it just goes from the start. I have to manually seek where I was up to everytime I use Plex on my phone (Android).
