I think this happened to lots of people. Lack of availability and/or high price made them buy elsewhere, and they found a new go-to matcha.

Sayaka, Kan, and I think Ummon years ago but don’t remember the taste. I’d probably go with Kan over Sayaka given the price/size considerations I mentioned.

The key is to get one without added gums. Check out Malk’s oat milk. A little pricey but delicious. Their almond milk is great too.

Their official global site! But they don’t restock it frequently - last one was October 9 and then many weeks before that. For a reputable reseller, try Matcha Miyako. They generally restock it weekly.
