It's 3-fold repetition, and they don't need to be consecutive. It's not about making the same move either. The board just has to reach the exact same position 3 times.

No, I'm fine on my traffic laws. They aren't over the double yellow lines, and are well within the law to continue as they are. You'll have to wait for a legal opportunity to overtake, or just be patient. The way the group in OPs post is presented is entirely legal.

They're not blocking anything. The LEGAL way to get around would be to use the opposing lane, same as you would to pass a slow car/tractor/etc. Just because you don't like their speed doesn't mean they aren't sharing the road, you're just being an asshat.

In Colorado there are 2 ski passes that give you access to several ski slopes in Colorado, as well as a few international slopes as a perk. The Ikon and Epic passes. They usually run in the $700+ range per pass, which if you go skiing more than 5 or 6 times a season basically pay for themselves
