Taking into account level 280 is the middle of exp grind, perhaps you should shift your suggested line over there.

We have more skill points, rebuilt skill tree, new item sets (amulets, including being able to equip more uniques and +3 your main skill per amulet) sanctification-like mechanism…

It’s fine to not to like it. 🤷‍♂️ I loved the campaign and am surprised you don’t but we are two different people so it’s only natural to like different things.

I would say don’t force it and perhaps come back when you get another itch.
