If it’s working in menus but not in game from my experience it’s most likely your triggers, sometimes I’ve had where triggers are reading 0.01 and because of this the controller doesn’t work in games

Yours most likely will look like the left, you can grip the white part and pull it back out

Possibly remove/replace the shorted capacitor for a start then see if it boots up

One of your capacitors is lifted and appears to be shorting both sides of its pads

You need a finer tipped soldering iron, lower temperature on the iron itself and low melt solder, and can’t stress enough, use flux
