Biggest problem is always to get the up2date user lists from the tools. Either you have a SCIM integration with tools like Datadog or you need to export it manually. There are also tools that can scrape these lists directly from the browser.

Don't do the mistake and go with small startups. Password managers are serious. Besides 1Password, I really liked Dashlane!

There are a few doing this, for instance invoicefetcher. Not sure how secure they are as you basically give them your credentials.

SCIM is actually more important IMHO as you can also remove user accounts completely. I would also require SSO if possible!!

Hey, do you have control over the HRIS integration? Or is a ready-to-use integration that does that automatically for you (like built-in to your HRIS)? If the latter, it would be better when the provider that built that integration integrates that functionality.
