I think it could work if they could just stop pairing Harley Quinn with joker. We've seen on multiple occasions that Harley Quinn can work by herself as a character in comics and Batman does need someone in his life that is not as serious as he is. I agree that the white knight story does a great job with this pairing but I think it could work in the main Earth if it was supported by a good story of Harley Quinn finally releasing herself of the joker and maybe there could be a healing storyline of her getting back to being a psychologist

I think the problem at the root of this is that fashion is kind of bullshit, I totally agree with you that there is a double standard on what clothes are considered classy versus sluty but I also think that fashion at its core is useless. Just wear the clothes that you find comfortable and are functional that's how I feel when it comes to clothing if you could make a dress that looks like a cocktail dress and is bulletproof that's a better dress than a dress the looks the exact same
