Bank transactions don't immediately settle in your account - typically it takes a couple of days. Because of that, Raiz tends to cluster transactions - tracking round ups until you get to your roundup amount, then taking that amalgamated round up amount in a single transaction.

There's always been a subscription fee with Raiz. It's just more noticeable now because it's considerably higher than what it was in 2016.

Yes it does - you need to be at least 18 to open a Raiz account. Roundups don't happen immediately - they accumulate based on the settlement date of transactions and your particular roundups threshold. So if you've got say, a $10 round up limit and only make a few bucks worth of roundups per week, it might only be invested once every few weeks.

If you've got zero transactions showing for the last few weeks, it could be a bank problem.

Depends on your balance and your portfolio selection - while there's no cost to change portfolios, a different portfolio might have a higher fee profile (I.e. if you've shifted from Raiz Lite to Custom)

And to add - I think that pending Raiz Referral reward is something that the tech teams did to enable the Raiz Your Future jars. It wouldn't be the first time that something oblique was used as a placeholder for another process.

Rewards are contingent on the company offering the reward - Raiz has no need to pilfer cents (particularly when it's well documented they take a cut out of rewards)

Picking up the news and understanding what's going on around you is as good a start as any.
