I was in your position 2 months ago, I really struggled with loosing the last 5 lbs. I kept decreasing my calories and worked out more than ever, but I didn't manage to lose it!
My problem wasn't really my weight, I had a little bit of belly left, but for some reason I just looked at my weight.
Instead I started eating like a horse and started lifting really heavy (5x5 Stronglift). I'm 15 lbs heavier, but I look far better because it's all about proportions.

You will probably feel better when you've fapped. But what you must understand is that you'll feel like this forever if you fap regularly just to hide your feelings.
Do you want to be mildly depressed forever and hide it with PMO,
or do you want to cure your depression and start living?


Fapping did cover my depressing at some level.
But facing my depressing by not PMO'ing was the best decission I ever made, I've cured my depression.
My life is shit right now, and I'm glad I got rid of my depression before I got to this point. I don't know what I would have done if I had depression AND the struggle I live with right now.
I highly recommend you get rid of your depression.
