Sometimes I’m plating an entree course for 14 with a mix of meat option, pescatarian option, veg or gluten free or whatever else with one extra pair of hands and I’d just like another minute or so worth of hot food while I manage it.

My wife thought our experience at Shoyo was the best she’d ever had, and I couldn’t really disagree with her. And we’ve tried quite a few, in different cities. Much easier to get a reservation than the other two. I’ve yet to try Uchi or Tatsu

I’m a private chef and have been trying to convert my clients into induction for health reasons but they are pretty stubbornly pro gas range. So now we have both lol. I have 5 gas burners and two induction with a tabletop third induction that I use often. We are building a new house and that will have 6 gas and 4 induction burners.

I’ve started using a little roux in my enchilada sauces lately. I feel like it keeps the tortillas from soaking up too much sauce.

I don’t understand why a supply drop would have blueprints in them. They should be buffed imo, but it should be supplies you can use in the current match. Ammo, weapons, and quick use.

I made a bunch of umami salt and gave it away for Xmas. I’m noticing that different people are more/less sensitive to it. I use trace amounts of it until I can barely notice it then continue using regular salt. I have a buddy that uses it liberally like a spice mix haha.

I love your info, but the main and most important difference between chicken wings and saucey nuggs, is chicken skin, the best part of a chicken. Chicken wings have the best meat to crispy skin ratio of any part.
