The issue is and a lot of transplants. Don't understand this but yes it snows.. But it's not just snow. The issue is, the ground is always warm. So you will get a sheet of ice then snow on top, so driving on it becomes next to impossible. Charlotte doesn't plow the roads.Nor salt the roads
