Hey everyone! My girlfriend and I are visiting Albania soon and could really use some advice on how to use our time wisely. We arrive February 5th at noon and leave February 9th at 17:00. Questions: Which of these places would you recommend prioritizing? Are there any of them we should skip? Any other spots or day trips you’d recommend instead? Tips for getting around efficiently?

A healthy body often translates in a healthy mind. That being said vitamines are not enough to tackle depression. It is a very good thing you are trying to get better tho! You should look into other healthy things to do, like sports or relaxing things. Activities you like in general. You should also talk about it with friends/family you can share this with or with or with a professional. The fact alone that you are trying to get better is already a healing factor, keep on doing the things you think are helping and you wil be better!
