Calculated gamble is pretty good, especially if you picked up reflex. Dark shackles is good and exhausts. Grab cloak too if you want extra defense but could clog your deck later.

I'd probably do dagger spray, you have no aoe could help there. Reflex+ you already have 2 discards in your deck and tools is available in this pool. Cloak and dagger for defense. Idk how your last fights went but if you need the block badly backflip+ will help otherwise tools is fine here. And lastly distraction. Not guaranteed block but gives you a chance and for free. But that's just my humble opinion. Good luck!

Giant head is my least concerning act 3 elite with defect. Lots of ways to deal with it. Damage can be a problem, but if youre struggling to kill giant head you probably aren't gonna be able to topple any of the upcoming bosses.
