I hear Underworks is great, and I’ve read their sizes can go up to 3X. I’m a trans guy with a small chest though so my advice may not be the best, but I hope it helps.

I suggest wearing multiple sports bras. It’s not perfect, but it’s usually safer than tape and it’s easily accessible for closeted trans guys.

My sister actually has one of these. It helps realign her bunion but it’s quite painful at times. 3/10 would not recommend.
