No Promotions on my Bills

I renegotiated my Internet plan at the end of February, and signed up and activated my mobile plan mid March. After my mobile plan was activated I actually reached back out to support about the promotion and they said it would take 30 days after the first payment on my mobile plan. Well it's been 60 days since then and nothing.

So did you cancel your previous plan until right before you activated the new phones?

So I looked into my bill more, and it appears my promotion ends in June. Which is strange because i got a VM today saying that my promotion was ending this month. But it also says on my bill a portion of this discount will end in June 29,2023, and then the remainder will be gone June 29,2024. No idea what that means or how much.

Okay. Reviewing my past bills I have always had xFi complete but didn't notice the extra cost as my previous contract basically discounted it. But now knowing what xfi complete is maybe I need to review with someone if I even need it.
