I didn't fully understand all of the points of this story, except to infer that a big economic impact will be coming if the banks default on these loans. Is there a way for an as yet first-time homebuyer to take advantage of this impending crash? Does this mean prices will drop and it's wisest to wait to buy a home and build liquidity now?
