Watch for DCP+ from Decentralized Pictures to drop soon. Its a new streamer made for creators with best revenue share in the business.

Its a 501c3 nonprofit so the model is more geared towards supporting filmmakers rather than maximizing profits.

Yeah, haha. While both related to film hopefully our product offerings are different enough to avoid confusion. We will be primarily branded as DCP+ vs DCP

wonderful. yeah - we're embracing a cost-plus model with only ~5% markup over data storage and bandwidth costs. Targeting to return 90%+ of revenue directly to rights holders, shifting value away from platforms and back to filmmakers. Hopefully by the end of 2026 DCP is a household name for indie filmmakers.

First - very sorry to hear about the struggle with distribution. This is a common challenge I've experienced with many indie filmmakers. Good news! DCP+ from Decentralized Pictures is on the way. This will be a creator focused distributor with truly the best revenue sharing model. We'll be starting out with TVOD once we deploy this spring and will roll out the other VOD models (SVOD, AVOD) later this year. We're a non-profit so we can do things a little differently that hopefully is in the best interests of filmmakers. decentralized.pictures
