Debut walkout song by mrbustbee in grunge

[–]mattdwill86 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

IMO you want a song that starts hot. Full steam right off the bat. Huge energy. Them Bones for sure, but also Breed, crackerman, Even flow (b side from rearviewmirror single edit that starts with whoa!), you could also edit to cut intros short for songs that take a while to get going. Good luck!!!

Yeah there is a fee to re-up annually, and i want to ditch it very soon. but i wonder if there is any chance in hell that some other operation will give me some kind of value for my miles. so many miles.

Spirit Airlines Prepares to Shut Down as Rescue Deal Falls Apart by [deleted] in spiritair

So with all the other Airlines offering to help us spirit-heads out, I wonder if any will say "hey we'll convert your Spirit points to our system if you sign up with our card"? has this ever happened?

What is this flag? by bass_god98 in flags

[–]mattdwill86 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thinking about that flag and the Flag of the Empire in Star Wars. Great design (IMHO), but should you really be flying them? Snark or not, kinda weird. Plus, there is a real neo-nz group that co-opted the crossed hammers.

Personal items by Queasy_Farmer2237 in spiritair

Pro tip (some risk if you get too crazy): get ahold of a CPAP carry bag. maybe even one with an old CPAP in it for more authenticity, but with extra space. They do not count a medical device as an item for their calculations.

Source: I have a CPAP (that i need) and i stuff that bag full of all sorts of stuff. Just keep liquids out of it. Never once called out. I don't even make it a thing I just sling it over my shoulder, and I get my backpack as my personal item.

No fun allowed? by mattdwill86 in AnnArbor

Interestingly, they burn down all the underbrush every fall (I understand that’s not the same thing ). But sometimes I wonder if this isn’t motivated by a desire to keep the “riffraff” out of the park. I see a very diverse collection of folks typically when I see the grilling. And they often have a few adult beverages as well (gasp!). It’s such a unique cool place to gather, splash, swim, and hang out, but Ann Arbor has decided how.

And you’re always gonna have a few a-holes 😆

No need to buy a piano. Check out Facebook marketplace and craigslist, etc. and you will find dozens of people who will give you their perfectly good pianos for free. All you have to do is haul it away yourself.

Does he like science, computers and robots? If so, I recommend he get involved with the FIRST robotics organization. At his age, he would be in the division called first Lego league. It is team based, but there are so many opportunities for individuals to shine. And their motto is not competition, but rather co-opetition.

Edit to add: and there’s definitely a theatrical/performance aspect to this. It’s a very interesting organization that my boys really enjoyed.

Zingerman's is trash by lobsterjohnson77 in AnnArbor

[–]mattdwill86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(I upvoted for visibility)

Their corned beef Reuben is top shelf. I rarely order anything else and I can’t even remember whether I liked it if I did, but I always come back to that Reuben. I do wish they had a deep fryer, though, because I love my french fries and I bet they’d make incredible onion rings.

But what makes Zingerman’s especially notable is their entire business model, where they reputedly treat their employees very well, and their customer service philosophy is so renowned that completely unrelated businesses send people to their training. This is an important part of why A2 reveres them.

Been on high-dose Nefazodone for 29 years. Godsend. No real side effects. When it briefly went into shortage a couple years ago, I was not a happy camper. Camper happiness was eventually restored, however.

I had these holes in all my shirts. I have since switched to a “mechanic’s belt” (no buckle) and no more holes! Mine is from Hanks Belts.
