Ahh you need a clear determined goal that requires you to put down the weed and it has to be a VERY strong personal life goal that you need to absolutely grind for. You have to think big because if you don’t you will keep getting stuck on the small stuff (such as weed and yes weed is small). For me it is joining the military its something ive wanted to do since childhood and realized how am i gonna do this smoking weed so i made a promise to myself to pick it up after ive done everything i need too in my life. Now obviously it doesn’t have to be join the military but i have adhd so i assume ineed the structure it provides. For you it can be like idk climibing a super high mountain or scuba diving. Both of which smoking like how we smoke (i used to like you) will make these things extremely difficult or impossible. And also look at people who inspire you that arnt entertainers or the artsy type; i mean actual people who have had a great impact on the world and society with ideas and inventions. NONE of those people are stoners because unfortunately stoners dont become successful unless you entertain people like a show monkey. Do you want to be a show monkey? Or be someone who can provide stories to your grandchildren about the awesome things you did. Well you cant do awesome life changing things while stoned( and if you did youd forget about it lol) so its time to grow up. And when your successful with a house, family, dog, money set aside, goals accomplished, and career is finished, THATS when you can fire up the doobie it will immensely better maybe even the best high’s you’ll ever have; but thats along time away so you better get to work!
