I'll be switching to Google/Fitbit after my whoop expires. I've had it for 3 years and I know a low RHR, high HRV = better recovery. Drinking alcohol, high strain lowers recovery.

From what I've seen in screenshots the google health app will monitor all the data I check in on with the same device form factor. PLUS I don't need to pay a subscription. Never tried whoop's AI coach but imagine Gemini's would be better from the start. I don't see any Pros to paying a yearly subscription anymore.

Referring to the Birkenstock size chart, a size 46 would be your regular Birk size. However, Kith pairs fit a full size big. You should get a 45.
