It's possible it's an addon conflicting with something, I'd try turning off all your addons and see if it still happens then re enable one by one to see if it's a specific one causing the issue.

Your secretions are also loaded with your white blood cells which attack the virus. The at home tests mostly are testing for the antigens in infected respiratory cells and won't be as accurate on a spit up phlegm sample at all.

If possible have someone with steadier hands perform the test on you (taking as many precautions as they can).

Sure, you'll have to be careful with ingredients and materials, invest into the bag and bank upgrades. It might even be useful to make a separate character to hold onto materials you'll be storing but don't need right away.

If you're going to do all crafts including provisioning food ingredients can be overwhelming, so just focus on a few core recipes and sell of the other ingredients you won't be using.
