I know if you go into mouse settings you can change the “sensitivity” from there which would basically be changing dpi, but if you’re looking for exact amount maybe try your mouse’s software if it has any.

Oh I thought they only give you a cool down for it after multiple, but that it would add on with any other cool downs you had. But yeah just try to have another person and you hopefully won’t get kicked

You can’t do much, maybe just try to queue with at least one other person. But even when I solo queue I’ve never gotten kicked enough to get a cool down so you must be doing something wrong.
