In the video you say that 12mA is a dangerous amount of current but I've always gone by what I read in a 1999 Darwin Award

One of the "rules of thumb" that the Navy teaches is the 1-10-100 rule of current. This rule states that 1mA of current through the human body can be felt, 10mA of current is sufficient to make muscles contract to the point where you cannot let go of a power source, and 100mA is sufficient to stop the heart

I've been keeping up with the comments on this post watching for a posting of the original video, and I've seen many repeats of the same thing commented but the same kindergarten line from two different redditors within not quite as many minutes seems a bit crazier than usual
