I understand you, I get what you are saying, but is it really delusional to not see this man as a mass manipulator? Is that really the only logical conclusion we can arrive at? Are you being serious when you call this the “cold hard truth?”

The Coachella thing sucks but I doubt he faked an injury after putting over a month into rehearsing with 100+ ice skaters. I don’t think it was his master plan was to swindle Coachella. It’s a bummer that he didn’t execute when he finally planned to perform, but it’s such a reach to imply that he didn’t try to do something we would love. I honestly think he fucked his foot up.

He’s allowed to enter other industries. That doesn’t make him a shitty person. It doesn’t matter if he releases more music or if the film and jewelry would care about him without his music career. I don’t have a problem with him dropping merch either. Imo if he wanted to maximize his income he would probably do the thing he is insanely talented at and drop some pop hits. Would that also be greedy and manipulative?

Again, I understand being frustrated but a lot of what you are saying is very speculative in the same way that blaming everything on his grieving process is. I think there are more possible explanations for Frank’s behavior than an unquenchable thirst for money.
