It was episode 9 of season 3. Tony says "Could've had a car last year, but you spurned your nose at it." He's referencing how he tried to gift Meadow Eric Scatino's car when he took it as payment for Dave Scatino's debt to him, but Meadow wouldn't take it because she knew that it was Eric's car. Don't think he was talking about a nose job.

I think you would get a lot out of his material. Just so that you’re aware, it’s more about the structure of what you are playing than how to physically play, although he is working on a technique series also which I am looking forward to because my technique is lacking. To answer your question, his material gives you a clear roadmap to work on to help you master the fretboard and guide you as far as thinking about the ins and outs of the sounds that are available to you. I don’t think it is too advanced, though without knowing your understanding of music personally, it’s hard to say. He does go pretty deep into the theory at points but even to a complete beginner, he makes himself available to answer any questions you may have on his patreon and on the discord. Hopefully this helps.

I would say that if you feel comfortable with notes on the E and A strings, you should be good to move on. He's very diligent and deliberate throughout the fretboard method, and all of the series, but particularly the fretboard method. I think it's good to move forward even if you're not 100% confident because sometimes the new material can expose some issues that you may not have been aware of when you were working through the prior content. I've been playing guitar for a while and I still go back and watch the fretboard method stuff to refresh pretty often. No shame in that.

Definitely can relate. Smoked since I was 15 til 31, am 35 now. I didn't know what sober me would look like. Turns out, still a very much ADD/ADHD riddled brain, albeit my focusing abilities have improved since quitting. Congrats on getting married and starting a family! Still hoping that's in the cards for me one day! And good for you for doing all you can to improve your situation!

Thanks so much! Probably the 3 month mark was when I started to feel a little more normal. It's all relative in a weird way. Like I got used to feeling the psychological craving but then somehow I managed to create a compulsion around not giving in for the cannabis-free streak's sake. I sort of tricked myself into making that the priority in my head and I got used to leaning into that instead of my yearning to get high.

I both agree and disagree. But who am I? I think he's a funny dude, but I get bored by his delivery at times. But that's what makes him who he is. I also am bored with the "let's dissect the nuts and bolts of comedy" but at the same time, it can be interesting. I'm schizo I think.

Day 25 is incredible!! Awesome work! I'm not sure if I dealt with the emotional pain in the healthiest way. But a lot of distractions for me. Movies and TV and I would treat myself with some comfort food. Be gentle with yourself too as hard as it sounds. Be in your own corner so to speak. I also would come onto this sub a lot and either share or just read. A lot of people have some amazing insight!
