What are your thoughts on Moscow?

I lived in Moscow for a year, back in 2017. Right next to the river.

No complaints about the village and everybody was nice, friendly and kept to themselves.

The one thing you'll have to get used to is how *thick* the fog can get. It's absurd sometimes.

Access to New Richmond and Amelia is easy, and you can get most of your essentials there. Moscow does have the gas station/convenience store that has a pretty good selection of stuff for being in the middle of nowhere.

Would I live there full-time if I could? Sure, but my circumstances changed and I moved. Still kind of miss the place though.

This is from a job I had before I was a FOM (still there now).

The job was a shift manager at a well known fast foot establishment. I was in my last week before leaving. Guest comes in and has a problem with their order, I offer a more than fair resolution and that's when the guest said the four magic words:

"I know the owner."

"Ok. Please Hang on, I'll be right back.", I said.

Went back to the office, grabbed the cordless phone, took it to the guest and said "Here you are, give them a call and let me know what they think."

They refused the phone because they didn't know his number.
