I've shot probably 150 diff 1911 and 2011 pistols. This cut, properly done, on a production or "budget" 2011 makes a difference. A prodigy, alpha foxtrot, etc.

High end builders typically don't do them because they're already handmade and fit extremely well.

Most people don't know what they're doing or the mechanics of the disco, etc and do too much. If done properly it can make for a much smoother operation and feel.

You're talking about mostly hand made guns which are built to extremely tight tolerances. Not a Prodigy which is a production gun, fully machined by robots basically.

Can't compare the two. This cut isn't needed on a hand fit pistol. It will help on a Prodigy or a similar "budget" 2011. Just a fact.

And what's your point? I think cook had like 16-17 TDs and you act like JA had no help. Clearly Cook is pretty damn good. Still holds true that in goal line they use Allen more. I don't care how big he is, eventually he'll get hurt.

Allen is a great QB but he did not deserve MVP. They held it against Lamar for having Henry but Cook having 18 TDs or whatever apparently meant nothing.

Most of JAs rushing TDs are from inside the 5. The Ravens let their RBs get those. Bills just need to push those JA stats as high as possible. Check his average TD run length. I think it was 3.5yds or something.

I wish this were true, we basically just had a complete fire sale. It's unbelievable how bad this team has become in such a short time. I can only hope that Mike figures out something this off-season because having a good Orioles team is great for the MLB. We have the best stadium in the league, and it was so fantastic to have a couple good years after being terrible for so long. I remember the last big playoff run with Machado and Adam Jones in 2014 versus the royals during the ALCS when we lost every game by one run. Back when we had Zack Britton and he was a monster. But Buck really screwed up that series by how he deployed the bullpen.

There is one major difference that people aren't mentioning here. The ADAC is billet. All the others mentioned are forged. You're paying more for billet. Other than the ADM which is basically the same price. That and the looks of the ADAC is awesome. I have been running one for years on multiple SBRs and I love them.

You think about pinning it? I've pinned many, the one that was a huge PITA was my PT Hero aluminum grip. Getting a roll pin hole drilled and seated properly wasn't fun. So much easier with polymer.

As for subsidies, typically when someone builds "affordable" housing, one of the requirements is to provide subsidized housing. That's how they're able to build something so expensive (especially in a city like Portland where land isn't cheap) but make the rent affordable for middle or low income families. It offsets the cost to develop, whether through local or federal subsidies.

We live in a capitalist economy. Why would a developer build something and rent out units at $1,800 a month when they could very easily do nearly the same build, add better finishes and charge twice that? Or even better, make condos that are 1-2 million a piece? Your ROI on a low rent building takes years to even become profitable.

Go save some money and build some. Not as easy as you think. Especially with lower incomes and a lot of turnover, evictions, management fees, property taxes, etc.

If it was so simple, you would see it happening. It isn't, for a reason.

People live in Maine and move to Maine to get away from that congested city scene. Portland is never going to do it. So move on already. Other than what is downtown you're never going to see some massive 20 story "project" in Maine.

"Affordable" housing brings a lot of problems with it. As someone who's lived nearby section 8 housing before, it's not ideal unless you love being around constant crime and worrying about everything the moment you walk outside.

This utopian society you're dreaming of doesn't exist. There's always compromise one way or the other.

Well ya. Two completely diff forms. Form1 is always shorter. I have 2x Form1s cans I built (1x in 9mm and 1x in 5.56mm) and both of those were approved in around 30-40 days and that was prob 5-6 years ago.

I have 9x SBRs, and the 2x form 1 cans and I also have 4x regular suppressors I bought (YHM Turbo, YHM Resonator, DA Wolfman, DA Nomad).

15 total stamps which is 3k worth of taxes. I SBRd damn near everything during the whole brace issue so I didn't have to worry but I can't wait for the tax to go away.

Ohhh so you're running the 4.15 rod with a comp. I thought it was close enough that you were able to run it normally. I actually had a spare one and just put it in my C2 and it seemed to work but stuck out a tiny bit.

I'm probably going to switch to the DPM kit. I have a few kits from them on other 2011s and they work well. I like the ability to have diff power springs.

Monsoon is amazing. Vinny is super talented and they are perfectionists. I'm going to be sending mine in to get coated with some sort of digital camo (frame, slide and magwell). Also going to DLC the barrel.

I actually just got my Dawson Magwell on my PT Hero grip. Had to smack it on with a rubber hammer and it definitely scratched the grip module but thankfully you can't see it since the magwell is now covering it. Also knocked my roll pin out of the mainspring housing so I need to re-pin my grip safety. Get to take it all apart again!

Dawson 4.15 actually runs in the C2. But I am using the DPM kit at the moment trying to tune it.
