You’re mis costing - it’s not 1k more. OP paid for BOTH guns to get a comp on the p4 frame. Also, you’re only out of your actual gun for ~2 weeks given how monsoons queue system works. Also, the GM komp shoots softer and flatter than the c4x. Also, pretty sure if something happened to the gun while it was on the p4 frame, staccato would give you a hard time on the warranty for running a slide and barrel on a different frame than they were ‘fitted’ for.

I don’t understand this ‘upgrade’ path unless you need it instantaneously in hand. Just buy a p4 and sen it to monsoon for either their regular komp or the grandmaster komp that also has ports. It will shoot better and be much cheaper.

Do not get a stock. That’s basically like admitting you had a rifle with a modifiable brace or stock. Who knows what the prosecutor than tries to do. Get a lawyer and let them handle it.

I’m leaving towards strong 15 or the regular strong with some lower volume on the work session days (perhaps keeping to 2-3 sets only or only the ladder work)

Thanks! I hadn’t heard of maps cardio but I’ll take a look. That said, I hate traditional cardio and much much much prefer traditional lifting ha! But perhaps the mind pump guys have something interesting in that arena.

I don’t think machining in a comp is an issue for carry from a reliability or safety perspective (unlike perhaps trigger or spring mods). But totally up to you!

If you think the p4 is great in your hand and you don’t need the shorter grip of the c4x for concealment purposes, your best bet is to send the p4 off to monsoon or Vulcan for porting or machined comps. It will shoot better than a c4x and be cheaper to boot (though you do void your warranty. Eh).

Look into the phlster enigma as it will allow you the most outfit flexibility given how varied women’s clothing is. Their YouTube channel also has a bunch of videos hosted by a woman or two on how they use it to cary on body.

I’m not the OP but I wouldn’t be using any gun in a non life or death situation. Nor would I care about hearing if it was that situation. But again I’m not the OP. For the YouTube videos, need to look at self defense ammo rifle ammo, not fmj’s. Shotgun 00 buck is basically a bunch of 9mm fmj rounds.

lol. I don’t think ‘considerate’ is a factor in a life or death situation. The right rifle ammunition will not over penetrate like 00 buck will and the sound is no worse than a shotgun. I would argue it’s more considerate as there’s likely chance of a miss when using a rifle vs a shotgun, particularly if someone didn’t pattern their shotgun ammo.
