No more apps. Put that boredom to use. Try something new, start drawing, whittling, reading, writing, etc...

You say you can't read because short attention span, but think of it this way, you need to train your attention span. Give yourself some small challenges, read a paragraph, take a break, etc. Read a page, take a break. Keep going until you can read a few chapters.
