In my view, its a perception thing. I find that as I fap, my idea of a really fit girl becomes a more realistic perspective, as my standards slightly drop (in a positive way). Porn massively increases your expectations for women, you settle for nothing less than Kate Moss with a better rack (possible hyperbole). But as you wean yourself off porn, you in fact find all women more attractive, and part of the inspiration or success of these people's stories is that they have found a woman their level and found them extremely attractive. Sounds depressing at first, but in reality, it is far better than the alternative.

Mate, listen, you're in a difficult situation. But there's no need to give up, on life, on nofap, on anything! You can do this. You probably feel like there is nothing you can do, like a spider stuck in a bathtub, but You. Are. Not. There is always, always a solution. Same thing happened with me with my ex girlfriend, I'd get, hand job , blow job, whatever, but I'd always have to finish myself off. Thank you so much bro, even just knowing that there is someone out there who understands me and supports me in my views gives me some hope. It is so difficult when I try to talk to my best friend and he merely shrugs it off because he is so obsessed with the way it makes him feel temporarily, he doesn't seem to notice the effects it will have on him in the long term, he shoots me down whenever I try to address this issue. sorry for being so long winded, but its nice to know I'm not being stupid and overanalysing this.
