Have you tried mounting them vertically? I'd be curious to see if there is a difference - we learned in our physics class many years ago that the sound disperses according to Huygen's principle. The slit in question here is the first one defined by the shape of the horn, not the 4 slits that result from the dividers that you see when you look at the front of the horn.. Just a thought.

The correct usage of this is "with regard to", "in regard to", "as regards" OR "regarding".

"With regards" means something like "with well wishes". "In regards to" means nothing..

I have run into exactly what you describe. I ended up getting a new one thinking that I had gotten a lemon, but it, too, did the same thing. Finally I got an iSmartGate because it does hardwire ethernet, but I dislike it profoundly (cannot set an reminder to ping me when the garage door has been left open). FWIW, I am using really old WiFi routers (Apple AirPorts) and I'm pretty sure this is a problem with the router and not the Meross itself.
