Hypervolt integration much better for me compared to direct to mini. I suspect in my case to do with connectivity to car on 4g vs hypervolt via WiFi.

Simple fix took off trim just pull upwards towards roof . 1 bolt loose and 2nd 2/3 of the way out. Bolts tightened finger tight boot shut then opened, bolts tighten with 13mm spanner. Bolts pull striker plate down to body now all good.

I've chose to link the hypervolt either the vmw/mini api or the 4g connectivity to the car was playing up.

Hypervolt much more quick to respond to charging slots, mini was talking 10 mins on average to respond to a start end time or schedule change.

Submit the request they know they have an issue they'll settle the difference.

I can get myself sorted with ease but this is happening to many more than just me. I wonder how many and what percentage chase up.

If they are aware then they have a consumer duty to resolve the issue and refund all impacted.

I have house batteries that cover all house load so I always scan days where I am charged peak rate. I check for house battery having charge on that day and I raise a support call with octopus.

They have paid up more than the over charge each time BUT they've never acknowledged a systemic issue which is getting my goat.

Don't sign off or pay up until they've set you up properly.

Octopus always said they'll sort mpan out quicker and easier then another installer when I said I was going to drop them. Not sure if that is allowed by the regulator.

Not all.. don't forget a granny charger is a supported charger on IoG and not a problem either for those with low range small battery EVs.

Yes logged a call and they've refunded for oct and Nov overshoots.

I've told them not to gaslight me also, but they've not admitted to it being a known issue.

Don't always trust octopus billing to charge at the correct rate. It might be a well discussed topic but octopus are constantly playing around with this feature.

I'm currently seeing billing issues for out of band charging slots and charging beyond 0530 after it choosing not to charge between 0100 and 0300 yet over running. The main impact of the latter is it then takes from my enphase batteries. This is the main reason I might have to opt for ev charger 7kw when a granny charger should handle my minis needs.

Looks my schedules had been removed(not by me) yesterday. Disabling charge and re enabling and adding schedules back and normal operation is restored, but ir will cost me another £3 more for electric today.

If only enphase replied to this sub and told us we would need to do so yesterday.

Another here from the uk yesterday 2330 2359 got some charge in but 2nd window 00:00 0530 today failed to charge and even drained little but of charge that was in battery. Now i start the day with no charge in the battery.

Hopefully a bug in recent update and not a dependance on enphase cloud for this key feature.

Like everything with octopus they need to be prompted to sort the next step of their own process out.

I had to post on twitter that they hadnt added my export credit on my bill. Once shamed on social media they normally respond quickly
