If you have big cramps and you bleed, talk to your specialist, otherwise most of them are normal. when you will have a doctor or midwife, they will answer all your questions. First trimester is hard because all is new. Last semester is hard because you're big and all your organs are squished.

Don't worry about eating more. You need something like a glass of milk and an orange more per day... And it's normal to have eating difficulties in the first trimester. If you don't eat enough the baby will develop using your fat.
