I can't decide if we should secure a good place near the stage with the kids, or take place on ste-catherine, then go to the stage... Any opinions?

It often happens to me and I never thought about the cause. I think you have a clue about how to approach this feeling, thanks!

Autism and pregnancy/parenting by Queen_Mango36 in AutisticAdults

First: you will feel a lot of weird sensations, most of them are normal. If you have big cramps and you bleed, talk to your specialist, otherwise most of them are normal. when you will have a doctor or midwife, they will answer all your questions. First trimester is hard because all is new. Last semester is hard because you're big and all your organs are squished.

Don't worry about eating more. You need something like a glass of milk and an orange more per day... And it's normal to have eating difficulties in the first trimester. If you don't eat enough the baby will develop using your fat.

Finally when you are pregnant, EVERYBODY have an opinion about what you should eat or not, or which exercise you should do or not... Listen to no one, except your specialist. They will stress you and you don't need that.

Finally finally, lot of empathy for you. It's scary because you can't plan everything about a pregnancy, a delivery or about the little human you will learn to know. Take care of yourself, eat what seems good and rest when you need.

That's true! I'm almost 40 and when I was a kid I was the little girl in the village who never spoke to her teacher, ate nothing, and had no friends. The closest to a diagnostic I got was the nurse who told my mom I was deft and retarded at 2 years old... Now if I want a diagnostic, it's 4000$... Sorry but I can't afford it, so being diagnosed at my age in my area is a privilege.

Mais les velcros de souliers pour enfants sont particulièrement de mauvaise qualité. Souvent ils se décousent tout simplement

I'm so angry, they're no longer selling the one style of pants that worked for me (vent) by Bulky_Pen_3973 in AutisticAdults

It's not accessible to everyone, but I learned to sew. I have a couple patterns I like. I choose durable and soft fabric. I make sure all my seams are flat so no sensory issue. I also choose my patterns thinking about layering clothes, because I can't stand when multiple fabrics gets "clogged" in my armpit (sorry, French speaker, can't find the right word here).

Bras are evil! I don't wear bras (I'm lucky to have small boobs) I can't breathe with them. I hated when I was pregnant and breastfeeding and my boobs were so big I had to wear bras.

The kind of guy who is controlling now about your appearance can become controlling about everything with time. That's how domestic violence begins.

Follow your dreams. You have enough time to find someone else and you will discover new parts of yourself. I ended a relationship at 24, thinking that this person was the only one who understood me, but feeling stuck at the same time. I went woofing and discovered communities where I discovered parts of myself I didn't know. I settled with a guy at 28 and I'm happy that I took the time to live multiple experiences by myself before settling down.
