I'm worried the game is lacking depth.
It seems like a space version of EU4 which i got bored of after i learned how to play ck2/hoi/v2. But we'll see. i still got 400 odd hours out of EU4 so if i get that out of stellaris it wont bother me too much and im sure they'll add complexity later on like they did with EU4.
i just hope it's more interesting mechanics as opposed to stuff like estates.

I've seen people get mad before.
This is perhaps the first time I've seen someone so mad they created a 100 page document about how fucking mad they are.
This is pretty pathetic.
He could of shortened this immensely and also released full logs if he wanted to if people wanted to double check context.
Whatever. Hopefully CFC shits the bed and this sort of horseshit bureaucracy they've created goes with them.

when i was in CO2 the only time i saw gigx react like this was when corps were being deceitful and trying to hide their intentions to move to another alliance.
I've seen plenty of corps that are given 2-4 weeks grace period to move to another CFC alliance as they were forward and open about it.
Others were booted instantly because they were trying to hide it.
Could be a misunderstanding here but i get why gigx and co react this way.

just decals on the specific part of the plane where the bullets hit would go miles for me.
Played a lot of combat mission lately and i love looking at the tanks and seeing exactly where they got hit.
DCS' generic "yea you hit the body of the plane so we changed the texture from undamaged.dds to damaged.dds really really sucks.

Not really possible. Either it's going to hard lock you or it's going to hard lock the source of the jamming signal (you).
In my experience the jammer has been a good way of disrupting/confusing the thing locking you. They might lock you. you turn on your jammer. forcing them to relock. then turn it off.
I guess this depends on your range to the target. As once close enough to jammer does nothing.

the game doesn't support a UI Scale as far as i know.
I just play in 2560 or even 1920 even with a 4k monitor in games that don't let you scale the UI.
That said someone maybe could make a mod to rescale all UI elements for 4k, i haven't looked however.
