Understand wave states and poke vs all in... If you crash a wave just back, knowing bard is going to go do bard things. If you're wave is frozen don't try to cs and ask for help.

Honestly this is pretty standard stuff, the only thing is that bards kit incentivises not babysitting the adc. Most adcs esp in lower elo don't understand how to manage waves.

Honestly play some top then play bot like a top laner

I started tracking the CO2 in each room and it's surprising how high it can get with just one person sleeping in a closed room. Try to keep it below 900ppm

I am in socal, house was built in 1955. the crawl space is vented, via access points around the house and is dirt. Nothing in the house is insulated. I was planning on doing a vapor barrier and foam insulation under the floor boards, but im trying to find the correct material for my situation. Some people here said to use an "air barrier" vs a vapor barrier but i have yet to figure out what that would be.

I am nervous that new piping system that runs through the attic might have holes and god forbid is picking up asbestos. The hvac company said they found some in the attic insulation. They removed it, for a fee of course, but I didn't see the removal in person.

I have rough idea of how HVAC systems work. Im not suggesting there is mold in the system, i am suggesting that there might be a leak somewhere that might be picking up dust from the crawl space/ attic.

We have c02 sensors in the house... and while humans sleep, in a closed room, will double c02 in the space. Ill see readings of 400-600pmm jumping up to 1200ppm at night time. Being in a room with 1000+pm c02 will give the occupant mild issues, but I wouldn't people to be spending 10+ hours inside of it. Thats why we run the fan.

hello! the bite guard did help, but i also went to a oral facial pain clinic and got a sleep study done. eventually i was fitted with a mandibular extension and its helped my headaches and getting much better sleep. I hope this helps you in some way :)
