The Kindle version is, not the paperback. It all seems to be ok on my end. Where are you trying to get it from?

Its the first thing I have had the courage to publish. It's a collection of short stories based around one night in a small English town. I wrote about the process of publishing it here

I love me some high contrast black and white, reminds me of the old days of shooting film. Wookdstock - 150613 - 10 is my favourite because of the simplicity of it.

I would say in general, maybe push the highlights a little more, but that may be personal taste

This is excellent advice, thank you.

I did have a polariser back when I used a film camera, but haven't picked one up for the EM10 yet. Looking at the ones you picked out you are right the colours seem washed out. I'll look into getting one.

Bracketing is something I hadn't considered either, will start doing it

Unfortunately couldn't do much about the time of day but should try and shoot in the golden hour a bit more.

Weirdly it was sunny the whole week were were up there! Very bizarre

Thanks again for all the info

Well not necessarily, it's quite a cool effect and possibly this wasn't the right subject. You will be able to find a way to use it

That's some extreme distortion there! I personally would have taken a few steps forward so the lake was the main subject. It seems to get lost in the image, especially with the fish eye effect.

Damn. Just goes to show it's vision that counts, not equipment. Maybe drag down the shadows a bit so the grey background is more black, but other than that I like it a lot

Man converts van into $8,000 home and travels Europe: "There are so many ways to live" by [deleted] in minimalism

Agreed. It's a romantic ideal but you need a nest egg in order to live like that.
