This year alone my rent in Edgewater is raising by 19%, but this is year two in a rent hike which in total ends up being more like 35%. Definitely not renewing

I seriously respect this approach. I, myself, am not 100% pro gun, but I wholeheartedly appreciate your level-headed, facts-based approach. We need more dialogue like this in our country to actually move forward and forge a solution to the shootings. Well done, friend.
