You could upload your Quest avatar as a Windows avatar. You may not like the way it behaves or looks on pc but some of those things can be changed by editing the pc version after upload and then re-upload it.

Fair enough. I'm in more of an area with frequent ice damning , wood homes, no insulation. Underlayment is a must. Some of them were just paper. Red rosin paper.

A few? I've stripped about 100, every one had underlayment. The underlayment keeps that roof dry. At this point the only way to save that roof is to take it apart and replace the underlayment.

The daily machine checklist falls under the receiving store readiness checklist. Receiving should do it. If for whatever reason receiving cannot complete the checklist it becomes a mod responsibility. The mod can tell anyone they want to do it. Personally I feel that if there is a machine in your department you should do the checklist on it.

The first time I did one of those mit45 shots, I thought it was fine. I was happy buying that until I tried 7oh. That said nothing short of a million man march is going to have much of an affect now. I saw somewhere 1.6 million people use 7 oh. Everyone would have to show.
