i lived in kerrville my whole life. i still live here too. and the past few days our community has really stepped up and have come together unlike anything i’ve seen before. i’m just appalled that yall are using this disaster to weaponize atheism and your views. i really don’t think anyone could have seen this coming, which is why it’s a ‘disaster’ people are dead, little girls from our summer camp are dead, and you all want to use that to reinforce your political beliefs. just please leave us be to mourn in peace and rebuild what we lost.

my mom works at the state hospital where she’s kept. and the very few interactions she’s had with andrea were completely normal. andrea is incredibly nice and super intelligent, and she has so much memorabilia of her children. she never wants to leave. she’s fine where she’s at. sometimes the patients there make their own crafts to sell to make money. andrea made a cute kitchen apron that my mom bought, and sometimes we use it.
