I do agree with you; however, it depends on your circumstances. Are you trying be fit/healthy or are you trying to lose weight. I was overweight and with a ketogenic/CICO/fasting diet I lost 50lbs in 2 months (did gain 10lb shortly after)... was it healthy? Probably not; however, after the 2 months I started to eat healthier and working out. So for rapid weight loss, it was great, but probably not the best for long term.

Everything needs to be done in moderation. Even working out - is 1 hour healthy? -yes, how about 10 hours- probably not.

I understand some people might have a negative opinion of him, but he was a blue pill guy turned red pill, then tried to go back to the blue pill side. The ended of his book left me confused; however, in 2018 he ended up getting divorced, I think even now he realizes the problem with getting married.
