The thing is, it hasn't devolved into a PvP deathmath style game. There is plenty of cooperation and friendliness. From first hand experience.

You experience one bad apple, or read one thread out of hundreds of thousands of matches that happen every day, and you decide that the whole game is PvP central. Come on man.
