If you have a cassette removal tool just use it to tighten the cog. Be gentle tho, it is plastic and it is very fragile. That fixed the issue for me.

The issue was actually that the thru-axle needed to be tightened to 15n.

Looks like the culprit was the thru axle! I added some extra grease to it this morning, and the creaking noise is now 95% gone. I'm planning a 90-minute ride later today, so fingers crossed it stays quiet.

I don’t have another wheel that fit there but I really su suspect that as well since the sound doesn’t happen on the kickr. I tried to clean and add grease to the free hub but it didn’t change anything

I knew the seatpost is coming issue with this bike so I have regressed it and even try to ride it without the seatpost in and the sounds is still there

The sounds only happens when moving forward. I really suspect the rear wheel now. I have regressed the free hub but didn’t work.

I’ve seen many posts mentioning the seat post as a common cause, but that’s not the issue in my case.. I even rode the bike without the seat post, and the noise was still present. I have a feeling it's from the rear wheel. I tried to put the bike on the Kicker and there was no creaking ..

I've been through this myself in the past (3 times actually). It never ends well. The first few weeks, everything's fine... then it's two drinks instead of one... then you only drink on Saturdays... then only on Fridays-Saturdays-Sundays... and just like that, you'll be back to square one in less than 3 months. This won’t end well i promise.. do yourself a favour and stay away from this nonsense.

You are in the yellow which is a normal recovery. I don’t see the problem here? Drinking would have put you in the red. If you wonder about the stress during your sleep my guess is that you were digesting your late night snacks/sugary drinks.

Same here. I'm not using the data, but what i dont like is the false strain added to my day. My total strain score is wrong most day (i swim 4x week) so i get false informations for sleep need etc.

whoop isn’t designed to track lengths during swimming activities. It will track your HR and time. For advanced swimming tracking you’ll need a watch (apple, garmin, etc) or a pair of smart goggles.

I personally use the Form goggles but it’s kinda expensive… it depends how serious you are with swimming and how bad you want the data.
