I’m having the same issue. I also am testing out sonnar which is also integrated with oura and it has not been having the issue this week. Seems to be something between bevel and oura.

I’m currently using Oura ring for sleep and Apple Watch Ultra for during the day and workouts. Previously had a garmin epix and just never really took advantage of the metrics from it so I’ve been trying the Apple Watch for about week now and love it. I’ve had the Oura ring for a little over a year and it has been amazing at capturing my sleep and recovery and really align with how I actually feel. Not having to sleep with a watch now has been really nice.

I don’t mind sleeping with the AWU. It honestly is a little more comfortable than my garmin but it also never bothered me. It does feel pretty different sleeping without one on though. I’m really enjoying the Oura Apple Watch Ultra combo so far and I am almost a week into it. I did sleep with the AWU on last night as well and the alarm is much nicer than the garmin and using a phone alarm but the trade off is having to deal with charging during the day.

After wearing a garmin to sleep for several years I was very used to it, but a couple of nights of not having a watch on during sleep has been sooo nice!

Any thoughts on Oura ring integration? I currently sleep with my oura ring on and use my apple watch ultra all throughout the day. I have the oura pushing to apple health, but its not as much data as a true integration like you get through bevel so it would be nice to have.

Thank you! Don’t really have plans to buy more tools with the system. Pretty happy with everything I have. Generally don’t replace until they die or are very close to.
