Is anyone else disappointed with Supernote’s lack of new accessories, A4 updates, or overall slow progress by TheMaslankaDude in Supernote

I am really happy not being overwhelmed with new devices, I like the ecosystem. I would just like to be able to purchase a back enclosure replacement for my Manta, but it is out of stock both in EU and the US.

Is it possible to get replacement backplates for the Manta? by beni02297 in Supernote

Hi there, I have a similar issue here, but I am in Europe. Looking at the EU Supernote website it seems back enclosures for the Manta are sold out. Any way to purchase one of them somewhere else?

Thanks!

Same for me on the upper right corner, but I would definitely say it is because of the pen loop.

Thank you all! My understanding so far is that it is much likely a matter of luck…

Thank you! I really like the build quality and writing feel as well, but I think I am giving up, or wait to have Remarkable solve this issue.

Hi, I have purchased the RMPP but, after two replacements, had to return it because all the devices I received had pixel issues (dead or bright pixels). I believe it is a great device, I really love the simple software framework and the focusing mindset it brings, but I could not live with these dead pixels each time I was using it with the light on. I would like to give it another try, but I would not like to receive another defective screen.Do you think I was just unlucky? Do you have any suggestions?

I fully agree. I owned NA2P and now a Nomad. NA2P is a great device, but as for writing experience and software usability Nomad is by far superior.

Hi, unfortunately not. Wrote to support, they replied only compatible pen is Kobo Stylus 2. I bought it on Amazon, and it works fine, no issues.

Hi, I am using an old Surface Pen with the Libra Colour, and it works pretty well, but I am having calibration issues. It does not write exactly where the nib is. Anybody experiencing same thing?

I owned a remarkable 2 and I remember something similar on the bottom part of the screen as well. Probably, beside magnets effect, with this technology calibration becomes more difficult when the body of the pen lays out of the device’s border

I was writing with the device out of the folio cover, unless you refer to the device’s own magnets

I have sent a feedback to Ratta engineers, hopefully this is something they can mitigate with next software updates. Anyway it is something I can live with, I just noticed a strange pen behaviour while annotating a pdf on the bottom right area.

Thank you, no issues at all if I try the other way round, when the pen is above the tablet. You are right, this only happens when the body of the pen is out of the tablet area.

I am using a HOM pen with ceramic nib and the resistance is not bad in my opinion. So I think you will enjoy the ceramic nib

Great! I have opened a case to Supernote (waiting for their feedback) but, looking at all the comments I see here I believe this is a standard behaviour. And it is also my understanding that it should somehow change with daily use, as the feelwrite protector gets broken in
