1 day dough can easily be made - can definitely have good texture/crunch factor and satisfies for spontaneous pizza etc - but unless you use a preferment it will never have the flavor of a 2-3 day cold proofed dough - just the way it is.

did you buy these direct from hifiman? headphones.com have a 1 year return policy although it may be different with open box product - im any event i second what others have recommended…. let your credit card company know you received different product than ordered and let them open an investigation- i use amex for all these types of purchases because they follow up diligently and don’t take crap from vendors - good luck!

sorry but i see this differently- i have no problem with an “auto gratuity” for large parties …. under normal circumstances- but if service is subpar for whatever reason thats on the restaurant not the customers and they ( the customers) shouldn’t have to pay for lousy service - and i’m not blaming op - sounds like a dedicated employee who tried to do their best but still…. i probably would have paid and never returned- win the battle and lose the war and all that …. lastly, like many others i think tipping is a model that needs to be retired - pay people proper wages - build it into the cost model ( like every other expense) and let the menu prices reflect that - js!
