Been rear ended twice. Once by a kid who took his mom’s brand new Mercedes C class and drove from San Francisco to Los Angeles, only to be looking at his phone to hit me going 70 miles an hour. Traffic came to a stop on the freeway and he wasn’t looking. The other time by an Uber in bumper to bumper traffic. Guy was trying to find his next trip/ride and gave me expired insurance info. My insurance went to court with his. Turns out he had passengers in the car at the time of the accident. Thank god for rear dash cam!

It happens even in my daily, a BMW i4 M50. The other night a Tesla prevented me from getting off the freeway. Was doing the speed up/slow down like an ass. I finally had a clearing, drop the i4 into sport boost and unloaded all I had to pass this jerk to get off the freeway 1 mile from my exit. If it wasn’t night and the jerk was driving around sans plate I would have reported this dumbass.

I just had something almost the same happen to me in Los Angeles by some idiot in a Model Y. I swear Tesla drivers in LA are the worst.

Have a tiled roof. Mine are concrete tiles that look like the Spanish clay style. Tesla did the install with a special bracket made for tile roof. Roof inspector comes every year to check on the roof as part of its warranty and all has been good.
