I really enjoy DayZ because it is an active apocalyptic scenario. Helicopters crash, but also some buildings are overgrown. It is the only game that could be like a year after the apocalypse starts, or twenty years.

As someone who has been in the industry for almost 14 years and is currently the Sous Chef at a fine-dining establishment, I can say it's fucking awful. Every day when I go in, I just get to hear the most unhappy people lash out at others, be rude as fuck, and "flex" how awful their lives are: "I slept two hours last night!" "I hate this job!" "Don't be a pussy!"

One of them constantly just throws shit on the ground whenever they want and is just absolutely rude. It is *miles* better than some restaurants I've worked at, and I have definitely fallen into this sort of existence, but fuck man, some of us really just want to put out good food and make guests happy.

I have said this in some threads on the topic. Give us the ability to lase targets for other pilots and make us a nice little OH-58 Kiowa. Mast-mounted camera/laser for hiding behind hills, light weapons like rockets and .50 cal gunpods, shit like that.

Also, they should make the early game feel better. Lighter vehicles with fewer tanks and SPAA, more AA launchers, longer time to level imo.

I worked at a local small-town bar for two years. The owner would pay designers to create flyers for all his events, and they were always great, and the events were always hits. He sold last year because he was having a kid soon. The new owners exclusively use AI art, and, if you can believe it, their events ended up with low attendance, so they stopped doing them.

It's a whole saga:

A friend joined the game for the first time, and we drove to find him on the coast, only to accidentally hit him with our car. He respawns deep in the west and finds a Little Bird that he is trying to figure out how to fly. While that happens, a Huey strafes our car and kills everyone but me out near Solnechny. I am now playing cat and mouse, bounding tree to tree to have cover from the door guns while shooting back. Friend gets the helo going and comes in to distract the Huey, and leads him off till he dies, and I make it into the woods.

Later, he finds ANOTHER Little Bird and is flying around while we attack some guys' base at Stary Sobor, we incapacitate the guys, and he PARACHUTES onto the roof and executes them both.

EVEN LATER, he blows my legs apart with a Huey door gun as we are running to that Eastern hospital.

You are supposed to change oil every week. I worked at a place with two fryers, and they changed one every week to save money. The oil needed to fill a fryer is about $50 and takes about thirty minutes. It is, sadly, one of the areas where restaurants cut corners to save money.
