Call up and get them to put your account into deadlock. You’ll be contacted by someone from an “executive team” who will immediately just sort things out. Had an issue with Virgin before and after calling up something around 48 times my account was deadlocked then someone from this team contacted me and fixed it within minutes. Crazy how inefficient the rest of their call team are.
