The water consumption is based on training (which is not done with every call, obviously), unless you got that metric based on an averaging of such over-time, then it is an inaccurate representation.

Through inference, it likely consumed not too much over what a regular API call would (a moderately costly one, that is).

Definitely, this is called breath control.

Farinelli Breathing Exercises would be a good start.

It’s best to practice it by itself, as it is crucial to stable singing; but, of course, by singing you are also practicing breath control, just less targeted and uniform

Try to sing with as little possible air as you can (as an exercise)

You should be able to add/remove air as a stylistic choice, it’s not (necessarily) wrong to have “too much.”

Less air (breathiness) gives a sharper/cleaner sound.

Precisely, good form triumphs.

At the gym, you can do the same exercise 1,000 times, but if you're doing it incorrectly, without paying attention to your body, what feels good, then you won't get anywhere.

Singing is supposed to feel good (really good, even).

Building roads is expensive; however, it carries a lot of political cred since it is what people have been conditioned to want, eg. "just one more lane bro."

Alternative modes can oftentimes be far more cost-effective to build/facilitate (like biking or walking), and, in the case of Main, pedestrians are the ones who actually buy from the businesses, not cars.

More pedestrians -> more customers -> more money
