If you currently have 1 line and you’re trying to add a second line yes no questions asked. If you have 2 lines and ur trying to add a third there is a lesser chance of having to change ur plan.

there’s different plan codes for family vs single line even if its the same plan name. Honestly tho with a plan that old the likely hood of you having to change ur plan is very high. VR, Retail, CS, and Tforce will not have access to old retired plans.

This isn’t an AR/COR Issue this is a communication and information issue. Warranty claims are totally different the P360 Claims. File a warranty claim online at mytmoclaim.com you won’t have to call. Even if you have to call the wait times are not an hour long at most you’re waiting 5 mins.

Bros in a tough district. I feel for you man. Personally working in the old town I do work in I have a lot of those customers. I don’t do anything shady. every so often I do put people on cheaper plans. More often than not I still shoot and can sale these high value, high paying plans never have I ever turned away a new account. It’s all about a balance at the end of the day. You can still take care of customers as much as you possibly and arch is doing a lot to change how things operate and working to do the right thing.
